BEYOND THE FRAME
My journey into filmmaking began with photography, where I first learned to shape light, compose, and capture moments with intention. That foundation continues to influence my work, pushing me to create images that feel deeply personal and intimate.
As a cinematographer, I’ve learned it isn’t hard to pick up a camera and start shooting. But the real magic, for me, is in capturing what life FEELS like rather than simply what it looks like. Like the quiet shift when you realize you’re in love, when nothing has changed and yet everything has. This approach has led me away from realism and toward a space between impressionism and expressionism.
As I continue to refine my craft, my goal is clear, to work on the biggest productions, push the boundaries of what we’re used to seeing on the big screen, and ultimately leave my mark as a cinematographer.
